As requested by so many, we are able to provide some of our valued chef's delicious homemade recipes!

Carrot Cake:

Cake Frosting
  • 2 c. sugar

  • 2 c. flour

  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 c. shredded carrots

  • 1 c. shredded coconut

  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, strained

Mix together and pour into 3 greased and floured 9" round pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

  • 1 1/2 c. soft butter

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese

  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

  • 2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together well.
